STOMALASER was set up at the beginning of 2019, within the project called INVEST IN YOUR COUNTRY! (POCU / 89/3/7/107510), co-financed by the ESF through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020., “Modern Dentistry for Oradea”.
With the help of the obtained financing, the dental office was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We aim to support our patients by creating a welcoming environment, individualized attention, as well as offering professional, modern and quality services so that future dental visits can become positive experiences.
ZUMAX LED Endodontic Microscope – is an extremely useful tool in endodontics. The optical microscope offers great benefits in terms of illumination and visualization of the operative field, it has significantly improved the doctor’s ability to explore the teeth, helps prepare and seal the branches at the root canal level, thus making it possible to eliminate assumptions, because it is working precisely. Also, the use of the microscope in endodontics excludes unnecessary removal of the tooth structure. Increasing the accuracy of endodontic treatment with the help of a microscope might save teeth that should have been extracted a few years ago. Other areas of use – surgery, prosthetics, periodontics.
iPEX II NSK Apex locator – is an electronic device used in endodontics to determine the position of the apical foramen and therefore to determine the length of the endodontic space. In this way, it gives the dentist the security of a correct canal treatment carried out along the entire length of the tooth. The apex locator can be particularly useful when the shape and orientation of the roots cannot be clearly seen on the x-ray.
Universal Endo Motor with Reciproc E-Connect S System – uses titanium nickel rotating needles, a material five times more flexible than stainless steel, but also more durable. Due to the flexibility and the unique reciprocity movement we can access the most curved channels without making perforations or thresholds which would lead to the failure of the treatment. In this way, channel treatment becomes a much faster and more predictable procedure.
Advantages of rotating endodontics: NiTi alloy helps to clean the endodontic system more efficiently, the treatment is much faster, more predictable and with less chances of complications, the canal treatment thus becomes a more comfortable experience for patients.
FreeFill root canal obturation system – once prepared, the root canals are then filled with a biocompatible material, the gutta-percha. The machine uses the heat condensation technique of the gutta-percha, the most efficient method of filling. Compared to other root obturation techniques, vertical compaction of the heated guttapercha most commonly involves filling of the lateral channels and apical sealing which cannot be achieved by other methods. Advantages of the hot vertical obturation technique: it has long term clinical success, the sealing of the endodontic canal system is more efficient than with other methods of obturation, a better sealing of the canal obturation is obtained, on which the success of the treatment depends. It is superior to other methods, due to the introduction into the root canals of the heated guttapercha, which can penetrate also into the lateral canals.
Air-flow HANDY 2+ EMS – It is a device used in the treatment of dental prophylaxis, for removing blemishes, biofilm (dental plaque) and tartar, which uses the power of the air jet combined with water and bicarbonate sodium powder. Advantages: Air Flow therapy is a non-invasive alternative to traditional dental whitening procedures without any chemical action on the dental surface. During therapy, neither dentine nor dental cement or enamel shows any signs of wear or damage. The cleaning and whitening effects are obtained due to the interaction of the bicarbonate microcrystals with the tooth enamel. The results of this teeth whitening treatment can be observed with the regaining of the natural white of the teeth. Air Flow is a convenient practice from the point of view of the price, especially comfortable even for patients with oral sensitivity or dentist phobias. It contributes to the prevention of periodontal diseases such as periodontitis or gingivitis.
Bactericidal lamp – designed to increase and maintain the level of microbiological purity of the cabinets, irreversibly deactivates bacteria, viruses, mildew, fungi, as well as other organisms, disinfecting the air and surfaces in the treatment room.

Endodontics – the antibacterial action of the dental laser is extremely efficient on the canal and in the apical delta, and the healing of the periapical lesions will take place much faster than with the traditional methods.
Periodontology – thanks to the antibacterial effect, the decontamination of periodontal bags takes place quickly and correctly, producing a significant reduction of bacteria and avoiding a long and uncomfortable recovery phase.
Surgery – with the help of lasers non-bleeding surgery can be performed with complete hemostasis. The effect of tissue decontamination is also a great benefit of a powerful laser. Fast and painless healing is another advantage.
Pain therapy – the most obvious area of application of a dental laser is therapy, due to the anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory effects. Patients suffering from cancerous lesions, herpes, aphthea, stomatitis, disorders of the temporal-mandibular joint will be fully benefited.
Dental bleaching – without doubt the laser is the fastest method of dental whitening in order to obtain the natural colour of the teeth (a session approx. 20-30 min length, of which the total irradiation time with the laser is 2-3 min). The laser light is used to activate a special gel that absorbs energy and penetrates the enamel. The presence of titanium oxide in the bleaching gel ensures the enamel protection and minimizes postoperative sensitivity. It is a non-invasive manoeuvre through which spectacular results can be obtained!
